Greetings all,
I went out to tour the club last week but happened to go when there wasn't a public activity (like idpa). I now know I should go when there is something on the calendar and open to the public to check things out. My question is that for members is the range always accessible? I can't seem to find it on the website, and those big metal gates look pretty imposing, didn't know if there was a key card type access like a 24 hour gym membership. Thanks and this is respectfully submitted.

For members the range is always open although you can't shoot firearms before 7:30 am or after sunset. Members are issued a key card that activates the gate.
However, sometimes the range you want to use may be in use by a club function, such as a hi-power match on the high power range, an IDPA or USPSA match on the pistol ranges or a cowboy action match on the rim-fire range. Those are often over by noonish or early afternoon.
A few times the entire range close to the members. One of those would be the annual Women on Target event and the first Friday morning of every month the range is closed to all except military and law enforcement.
Hope this helps.

Exactly what I was after! Thanks so much! -Daniel P.S. I assume the events you refer to would be identifiable if I just kept an eye on the calendar so no surprises?

You are correct. It will be on the calendar. The trick is to remember to check to calender before heading to the range!
