Anyone notice the hornets on the rifle range awning? Anyone else allergic to stings or just me?

I got stung multiple times a couple of weeks ago, not fun. I noticed that they get up in the roofs of the ranges and nest. They get really mad when you start shooting, which I don't think is very good for safety. I 've been bringing wasp/hornet spray ever since.

I was out last week and there were a ton of them buzzing around. Almost a year later and still nothing done, I'm glad my club dues are going to good use.

Which range (highpower or smallbore) and which end (east or west)? I'm assuming they are under the canopy. If that is not the case, please let us know.
Thanks.

I believe something was done with them last year, but apparently they have come back. We'll take a look at it again.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

They where on the pistol range(the one with the gongs) and the highpower rifle range. One came out of a hole in the gate and stung me when I was trying to shut it. The roofs of the ranges seem to be their main nesting areas.
