This thread is an area for comments, questions, and suggestions. So lets here them !
It's also for letting us know if you are willing to help. Let us know by the Feb match date if you will volunteer.

Why is this still under "if we have volunteers we will do it", I have attended several matches since it was brought up and there was plenty of people saying they would help with ROing and setup forward to correct people. Some people are questioning if it will even happen? Set the dates and start arranging the volunteer’s. I won’t be at this weekend match but I am volunteering to help setup and RO for the match. I have also volunteered to do stage design and help running but will not deal with a committee that never agrees on anything. Matt Hopkins

At the meeting someone suggested trophies or plaques, what do you think about that idea.

assuming that you are moving forward with the plans to host Sunflower Classic, what ranges have you reserved?
Have you established a budget for the match or will you be drawing from your general budget/supplies?
Will you need to borrow steel or movers, or other items from local clubs?
At the present time, what do you specifically need from the people volunteering? Stage designs, confirmation that they can help build and RO at match? Tell us what you need.
Considering it's already mid March, if you have not yet arranged for plaques or prizes, strongly suggest that you focus on building a good set of stages for a good match and forego any plaques or significant prize table.

The match date is set and stages will be finalized this week. Ever since this was brought up and at the matches, I believe Greg has asked the members to come to this thread and post up their intent to help. The board wants people to help with the setup and only you, Rick and Rich have posted here to help with the match.

what ranges have you reserved? The 3 pistol ranges and the rifle range (4 bays)Have you established a budget for the match or will you be drawing from your general budget/supplies? <<<Will you need to borrow steel or movers, or other items from local clubs? Nothing yet..A very simple low cost match with 7 stages and no prizes or awards was the discussion so far. For those wanting to help, I suggest being at the match this Sunday and ask what is needed at this point.
