I know the rules for the hi-power rifle range don't allow for shooting at the 300-yard target, but which one is it exactly?
Is it the piece of lead beyond the boards with numbers or are the boards with numbers 300yds?
I used a rangefinder and the boards with the numbers are about 274 and since the 200 yard ranged at 209 I am figuring they are slightly longer due to the incline? Is that correct?

Why? The rules only say don't shoot at the 300 so why can't you shoot past 200?
Is that the official rule of the club, not shooting past 200?
The reason I ask is I don't want to break any rules, but if they allow shooting at 250 I would like to shoot at 250.

There is no target at 250 yds. The only time you may shoot beyond 200 yds is in a match . At the present time there is no target board at 300yds. Only shooters who show me they can shoot beyond 200 yds are allowed to shoot at the steel plate at 300. Thanks Mark Perkins Highpower director
